Dear Patients,

 

We hope that you have enjoyed the lovely Spring season!

As we focus on improving our clinic processes and offering you and your family more proficient and better access to our clinic services,

we will be transitioning to a new virtual platform as of July 1st 2023. Please check our clinic website for any updates!

 

What this means to you:
 

1. Pomelo Health will be officially discontinued
 

2. Any future incoming messages from patients through the Pomelo Health will no longer be received or read. 
 

3. You will begin receiving appointment confirmations via text message so please ensure we have your most up-to-date phone number on file. 
 

4. Your doctor will continue to be able to send you messages, documents and files as required (however you will NOT be able to respond back)
 

5. Many of the forms you complete at the clinic before your appointment will now be available electronically for you to complete BEFORE your arrive. 
 

6. We will be working on online appointment bookings via our clinic website within the coming weeks
 

7. Please check back to this website for regular updates!

CLINIC HOURS

Please note that our hours of operation can vary depending on the Physician's schedule. Our clinic will be closed daily between the hours of 12-1pm for lunch:

Clinic Hours
​Monday: 8am - 5pm

Tuesday: 8am - 9pm

Wednesday: 8am - 6pm

Thursday: 8am - 8pm

Friday: 8am - 4pm

*Please note that we are not a walk-in clinic but do provide same day URGENT appointments (bladder infection, trauma, rash, lacerations, respiratory symptoms) for our patients.
 

To book a same day URGENT appointment please call us on the day you would like your appointment,

when we open.

HOW TO FIND US

Our clinic is found at the corner of 52nd Street SE and Mahogany Gate SE in the Mahogany Urban Village. We are located two doors from Shoppers Drug Mart, next to the dental clinic. You can alternatively search for 'Mahogany Medical Clinic' in google maps. Unfortunately we do not accept walk-ins.
