Holly Caleb 2.jpg

Hi, my name is Holly! I was born here in Calgary and moved to Toronto as a child before eventually returning back full circle, as many of us Calgarians do! I obtained a Psychology Degree (BA) from Western University in 2004 and a Master of Social Work (MSW) Degree at the University of Toronto in 2006. Since then, I have worked in a range of health settings within the field of Social Work and Therapy.

My husband and I moved to Calgary in 2008 and welcomed our first little one in 2010. Although I was thrilled to become a mom, I also found the journey to be far more emotionally challenging than I had ever imagined. In 2015, I launched my Private Therapy Practice, ‘Labour of Love’, to pursue my passion of listening to the unique stories of other women and supporting them through the ups and downs of motherhood.

I see women for a range of perinatal issues such as fertility challenges, birth trauma, childbirth fears, postpartum depression and anxiety, breastfeeding difficulties, and grief & loss.

We’ve added a few more kiddos to our family over the years – 4 in total! Luckily my hubby is a Kindergarten teacher so he’s a great teammate in raising our amazing kids. I am so thrilled to join the Mahogany Medical Clinic team!

Looking forward on a professional front, I am looking forward to obtaining certification as a North American Menopause Society practitioner. I will also extend my skills providing prenatal nursing care at Mahogany Medical Clinic.

When not at work, I can usually be found spending time with my family, friends, godchildren and special kids in my life or planning yet another crazy adventure! Pink is my signature colour (as evidenced by my hair!) and believe strongly that every day can be improved with a touch of sparkle!
